Description
As the guardian of a young boy who has lost both his parents, I am asking for your help, as we are facing eviction. Unfortunately, he has inherited the loans for which his mother acted as a guarantor, and as a result, bailiffs are harassing and hounding us on a daily basis. I would like to raise the little boy in a safe environment, both mentally and physically, and with financial security, but due to the situation that has arisen following the tragedy, this is unfortunately not possible. We cannot wind up the company because of its loans. We receive no leniency anywhere; they simply pile on interest upon interest and impose fines.
The flat we live in, from which they now want to evict us, includes the full amount of my late sister’s smaller flat, which she had been paying for over the years. She took out a larger loan in the hope of a long life, to provide better conditions for her little boy, but in the meantime she died in hospital from a blood infection.
All the harassment she faced before her death is taking its toll on us, and from his role-playing I know what is troubling the now 3-year-old child: “I don’t have a home anymore!”... “They’re taking me to the children’s home against my will...”
A three-year-old child should be playing and developing in safety, but through no fault of my own, his sense of security has already been damaged, because instead of offering help, the child welfare services and other authorities are constantly putting pressure on us.
I cannot fully replace his mother, although I am doing everything in my power to do so. My greatest wish is to raise him in love and safety, and I ask for your support and help in this.
