Hi guys, I feel less and less safe on the streets and would like to take a self-defence course. It would help me to be more confident, know my body and trust myself.
Even a little help means a lot to me. I mean, what does this help represent for me? A weapon I have for myself, I would feel as if I had my feet firmly on the ground, certainly a little freer to live in this world.
