Hello dear donors,
My name is Clément Rabatel and I'm 19 years old. I've got a baker's certificate, a professional baker's certificate and a pastry chef's certificate. I'm planning to open my own bakery in a small village of 1500 inhabitants in the Isère region.
I need your help!
I need to find €6,000 to increase my contribution so that I can get a loan to set up my bakery and patisserie.
My project is to re-open a village bakery in Chimilin (38) with a potential turnover of +/- 400,000€.
there would be 2 of us, a saleswoman (employee) and me, a baker by trade who would be in charge of production.
Chimilin is a village of 1500 inhabitants,
my bakery is ideally located, there are 50 parking spaces opposite the bakery (+/- 25m) the bakery is close to the church and the town hall. My business adjoins a tobacconist's shop, and we're next door to a bar-restaurant, a hairdresser and a pizzeria.
I have 4 restaurants to supply every day
2 bars to be supplied daily
2 schools to be supplied daily as well.
It's a bakery that's just waiting to see how its turnover develops!
