My name is Clément Rabatel. I am 19 years old and hold a CAP in baking, a Brevet Professionnel in baking and a CAP in pastry making. My plan is to open my own bakery in a small village in Isère with a population of 1,500, and
I need your help!
I need to raise €6,000 to increase my own contribution so that I can secure a loan to set up my bakery and patisserie.
My plan is to reopen a village bakery in Chimilin (38); it is a bakery with a potential turnover of around €400,000
There would be two of us: a sales assistant (an employee) and myself, a trained baker and pastry chef, who would be in charge of production.
Chimilin is a village of 1,500 inhabitants.
and my bakery is ideally situated: there are 50 parking spaces opposite the bakery (approx. 25m away), and the bakery is close to the church and the town hall. My business is next door to a newsagent’s, and we are neighbours with a bar-restaurant, a hairdresser’s and a pizzeria.
I have 4 restaurants to supply every day
2 bars to supply daily
and 2 schools to supply daily as well.
