Help! A theft is ruining our livelihood – our future is at stake!

Our big dream was to build a secure future for our family by renting out our motorhome and properties. Through hard work and dedication, we spent over 15 years working to secure our financial future.

But then the unthinkable happened:our brand-new motorhome was stolen from the rental business in just its second season.After reporting it to the police, we found it online at a German dealer. It was seized, but after months of back-and-forth with the public prosecutor’s office in Augsburg, it was returned to the dealer with the statement: ‘A purchase in good faith cannot be ruled out’ (despite several stolen vehicles on the premises).

My children, aged 3 and 5, naturally can’t make sense of it all.

The insurance company refuses to pay, and the leasing bank is demanding the full amount back from us, yet at the same time wishes to retain its title. Consequently, we have absolutely no chance of taking further action under civil law. As we had been covering the instalments through rental income, we quickly found ourselves in financial difficulties – the commercial insurance alone cost just under €400 a month.

It is not at all easy to quantify our financial loss, as the thousands of euros we are short have also caused us to fall behind on our mortgage payments. Now we are facing the prospect of losing the properties.

We are now sitting on ahuge mountain of debt, and even ourprivate home isat risk.

The stress and the enormous strain are now also taking a toll on our health. We are now faced with a shambles and don’t know what to do next.

But the worst thing is:if we have to file for bankruptcy, not only will we lose everything, but I will also lose my licence as a chartered accountant and will no longer be allowed to practise my profession.This would permanently deprive me of the chance to rebuild our finances and secure our future.

Everything we have built up through hard work over the years is now in danger of slipping completely from our grasp.We are fighting for survival – please help us get through this nightmare!Every bit of support, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to saving our home, our livelihood and my professional future.
