Help! A theft destroys our existence - our future is at stake!

Our big dream was to build a secure future for our family by renting out our motorhome and property. With hard work and dedication, we worked for 15 years to secure our financial future.

But then the unthinkable happened: our brand-new motorhome was stolen from the rental right in the 2nd season. After reporting it to the police, we found it online at a German dealer. It was seized, but after months of back and forth with the public prosecutor's office in Augsburg, it was returned to the dealer with the statement that a bona fide acquisition could not be ruled out (despite several stolen vehicles on the site).

Of course, my children, aged 3 and 5, no longer understand the world.

The insurance company refuses to pay and the leasing bank demands the full amount back from us, but at the same time wants to retain its ownership rights. So we have no chance of taking any further action under civil law. As we paid the instalments through the rental income, we quickly got into financial difficulties - the commercial insurance also amounted to just under EUR 400 per month.

It's not easy to put a figure on our financial loss, because we also fell behind on our property loans due to thousands of missing euros. We are now facing the loss of our property.

We are now sitting on a huge mountain of debt and even our private home is at stake.

The stress and the enormous burden have also had consequences for our health. We are now faced with a shambles and don't know what to do next.

But the worst thing is: if we have to file for bankruptcy, not only will we lose everything, but I will also lose my licence as an accountant and will no longer be allowed to practise my profession. This would finally deprive me of the opportunity to rebuild us financially and secure our future.

What we have built up with hard work over the years is now in danger of slipping away completely. We are fighting for survival - please help us to survive this nightmare! Any support, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to saving our home, our livelihood and my professional future.
