My name is Izi and I am a 26 year old single mother of a wonderful 3 year old son. I have been on my own since I found out I was pregnant, his father went down the wrong path and ended up in jail for a few years shortly after we broke up, then I found out I was pregnant. That's why he's not even listed on my son's birth certificate. Our situation is difficult because of the lack of financial resources - we lived practically only on parental allowance, which was not even enough to cover the whole rent. That has now ended and I only have support, which again is not even a third of the rent. Working for an expensive babysitter who was also unreliable didn't last long. So far I have not been able to find a job that is manageable with my action packed son.

I believe our situation will improve soon, hopefully in September my son will start nursery which will allow me to return to work and earn. But until then, we need support to manage basic living costs and necessary expenses such as food and clothing for my growing son.

My journey has been a winding one; I grew up in difficult family circumstances, some of which resulted in educational institutions and even a short time in prison. But despite all the challenges, I decided to change my life. I passed my high school diploma, found a stable job and started living responsibly.

After my past experiences, the only clear goal is to be the best parent my son deserves. So I ask for your support to help us get through the coming months. Every contribution you make will bring us closer to a stable and better future.
