Description
Dear donors,
Today we are writing to you about Constantin Iuteș, a strong and optimistic man who needs our support to improve his quality of life.
Constantin was born on 13 March 1971 and, from childhood, was diagnosed with Becker’s muscular dystrophy, a condition that has affected his mobility. From the age of 6, the disease began to progress, and at 41 he was forced to use a wheelchair.
Constantin’s life has been marked by hardship. He was widowed in 2007, and since 2020 he has had a personal assistant who helps him with his daily care. He lives alone and receives support from his personal carer during the day, who is paid by the state.
However, Constantin needs our help to ensure a decent standard of living and a more independent life. He urgently needs his home renovated, particularly the bathroom and kitchen, to adapt them to his special needs. A hygienic and functional space would make his daily life significantly easier.
Constantin also desperately needs a new, high-performance and safe electric scooter. His current scooter is old and does not work properly, drastically limiting his mobility. A new electric scooter would help him get around easily in the village, to the public and private institutions he needs, and also to the headquarters of the "Viitorul" association for people with disabilities, where he works as an executive advisor. His involvement in this association is vital to him, giving him a sense of belonging and purpose.
Let’s give Constantin the chance of a better life! Any amount, no matter how small, can make a huge difference. Together, we can turn Constantin’s story from a constant struggle into a story of hope and dignity.
Donate today and help Constantin to have a decent standard of living and a more independent life!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity!
