Hello, I’d like to help families living in extreme poverty as a private individual. As I’m poor myself, I know what it’s like when a small child goes hungry and goes without. And with the festive season approaching, I’d like to organise a collection – it won’t be a huge amount for many people, but it would be a great help to a few families who have nothing to put on the table for Christmas. That is precisely why I would like to ask for help from all compassionate people, so that we do not let children be left without a Christmas tree or food. If we can give even a little hope to these families, let us show them that there are indeed still good people out there, not just those who look down on them because they are poor; let us show them that there is solidarity. Let’s not let children go hungry.
