My name is Justyna Guzik and I’m the creator of the Guzikorodność programme, which helps women on their journey to motherhood by focusing on the mental and emotional aspects of fertility. Thanks to my methods, many women who had been struggling for a long time to conceive have realised their dream – they’ve become mums.

I want to take it a step further to make the Guzikorodność programme even more effective and comprehensive. That’s why I’m keen to complete my training and certification at the 9D Breathing School, which will enable me to incorporate advanced breathing techniques into my programme. 9D Breathing is a profound, transformative method that helps release emotional blockages and strengthen the connection with the body – a key aspect on the path to motherhood.

Why is this important?

Working with the breath not only helps to reduce stress, but also improves hormonal balance and overall health, which is extremely important when trying for a baby. Incorporating these techniques into Guzikorodności will enable me to support women facing fertility challenges even more effectively.

What am I fundraising for?

The funds raised through this campaign will be used for:

• The cost of training at the 9D Breathing School.

• Certification, which will enable me to professionally lead breathing sessions.
