My name is Justyna Guzik and I am the author of the Guzikorodity programme, which helps women on their path to motherhood by focusing on the mental and emotional aspects of fertility. Thanks to my methods, many women who have struggled for a long time to have a child have achieved their dream - they have become mothers.

I want to go one step further to make the Guzikorodness programme even more effective and comprehensive. That's why I want to complete training and certification at the 9D Breath School, which will allow me to introduce advanced breathing techniques into my programme. 9D Breath is a deep, transformative method that helps release emotional blockages and strengthen the connection with the body - a key aspect on the path to motherhood.

Why it's important.

Breathwork not only helps to reduce stress, but also improves hormonal balance and overall health, which is extremely important when trying to have a baby. Incorporating these techniques into Guzikorodity will enable me to support women going through fertility challenges even more effectively.
