We are a small team of young filmmakers currently creating The End of Rainy Days, an independent short film being produced as an annual project at the Warsaw Film School

Over the past few months, we have been developing this story with great care and dedication. It became deeply personal to us because it explores something many of us understand - the relationships we leave behind, the words we never say, and how difficult it can be to return home after years of silence

The film follows Mira, a young woman who returns to her late mother's abandoned house to prepare it for sale. There she discovers that someone has been secretly living in the house. As the two women slowly clean the house together, Mira is forced to face memories she has spent years trying to avoid. Hidden letters reveal a truth that changes the way she remembers her mother and herself

The End of Rainy Days is a story about grief, guilt, forgiveness, and finding the courage to open doors we were once afraid to enter

As film students and independent filmmakers, we are creating this project with a limited budget and a great deal of passion. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us cover essential production costs such as transportation, production design, equipment and other expenses necessary to bring this story to the screen

We are currently preparing for production, and every contribution brings us one step closer to making this film a reality
