My daughter moved abroad almost 2

years. We have not had an easy life: I am a single mother, a former victim of domestic violence and as such, I was hounded by the courts and social workers until she came of age. Moral: as soon as she turned 18 and graduated, she left, leaving behind the dark years of her childhood and seeking her fortune.

When I realised that she was not coming back, I decided to take the plunge and approach her myself.

But life with us has never been good and all sorts of things have happened to us: our house flooded (November 2023), the room where she lives in England burnt down and on Christmas night itself. She is safe, but lost everything. Moral: savings are running out, work is not enough (I had to advance the money for the house renovation and she had to buy everything back) .

Please help us get back together.

She only has me and I only have her.
