My name is Marijan Dečman. I live in Croatia and I would like to use this opportunity to raise funds to solve my long-standing problems. My story is: 15 years ago I took out a loan from a bank to renovate my home. I paid the loan regularly until I lost my job... I asked the bank for understanding but to no avail... they sold my debt to a debt collection agency and that's where my hell began... the amount of the debt increased rapidly, I received calls from the agency every day, they took my car, threatened me in various ways...

After two years, I found a permanent job again and started paying my loan installments regularly, but the amount of debt kept increasing...everything went to interest while the principal did not decrease...because of all that stress and problems, I also got high blood pressure...the current debt is €44,500.00...and now they are threatening to evict me from my house. I work as a firefighter and with my income I will never be able to pay off the debt...

I hereby ask all people of good will who can help me with any amount to solve my problems.
