Introducing the Public Information Call Centre for Fundraising Platforms.





In the Czech Republic, many people are still unaware of the existence and possibilities offered by various fundraising platforms. Our aim is to use the call centre to provide the necessary information and support so that people can easily get involved in projects that mean something to them.


Project objectives


To raise awareness of the fundraising platforms available in the Czech Republic.

To educate the public on how these platforms work and how they can be used.

To support individuals and organisations** in selecting suitable platforms for their projects.


Focus on the older generation

Older people often lack access to modern technologies or are unfamiliar with them, which prevents them from discovering and using fundraising platforms. Our call centre will provide these people with the opportunity to obtain information by telephone, which is often a more convenient and accessible means of communication for them.

Telephone support will enable older people to better understand how they can contribute to or use these platforms, and will offer them personal assistance with getting involved.


Involving schools and children. Schools and children can play a key role in raising awareness. Children can create presentations and projects that help them understand how the platforms work, whilst also spreading the word among their peers and families.


Why this is important

Many people are keen to help or run their own projects, but don’t know where to start. Our call centre will provide clear and concise information to help people make informed decisions and make effective use of the available platforms.


How we will use the funds raised

- Setting up and equipping the call centre with the necessary technology.

Training specialist staff who will be able to provide up-to-date and accurate information.

*Promoting the call centre’s services so that as many people as possible are aware of it.
