Introducing the Call Centre for Public Information on Collection Platforms.





In the Czech Republic, many people are still unaware of the existence and possibilities offered by various collection platforms. Our goal is to provide the necessary information and support through the call center so that people can easily get involved in projects that make sense to them.


Project objectives


To raise awareness of the available platforms for collections in the country.

To educate the public on how these platforms work and how they can be used.

To support individuals and organisations** in selecting appropriate platforms for their projects.


Focus on the older generation

Older people often do not have access to or are unfamiliar with modern technology, which prevents them from exploring and using collection platforms. Our call centre will provide these people with the opportunity to get information over the phone, which is often a more convenient and accessible way for them to communicate.

Telephone support will enable older people to better understand how they can contribute to or use these platforms, and offer them personal assistance in engaging with them.


Involving schools and children . Schools and children can play a key role in spreading awareness. Children can create reports and projects to help them understand how the platforms work, while spreading the word among their peers and families.


Why this is important

Many people are interested in helping or implementing their own projects but don't know where to start. Our call centre will provide clear and transparent information to help people make informed decisions and make effective use of the platforms available.
