unemployment benefits, we were unable to redeem it. Now, we have formally become owners, but we have not paid and the situation has become even more complicated with the death of my mother-in-law. My husband has 11 siblings who, over time, have hired a lawyer to start mediation, as they want the money at all costs. We are in a difficult situation and want to honour our commitment to pay. Unfortunately, banks do not offer us mortgages as we have become owners and the legal fees are an additional burden we cannot afford. In addition, my husband recently found out that he has chronic myeloid leukaemia. His siblings are aware of the situation but do not seem to care at all.
