I decided to fulfill my dream of two-year education to become a professional practicioner of Structural Integration.

I was seeking and waiting until I found a place where I feel my talents, my personality and my philosophy of life meet.

Structural Integration/Rolfing is a manual therapy method. This practice utilizes fascial manipulation (fascia is connective tissue, a flexible spiderweb under the skin that permeates our bodies, wraps our muscles and internal organs - it is fascinating - I will be happy to tell you more), bodywork and movement education to improve . The method was created by a beautiful woman, Dr. Ida Rolf. For over 25 years she has worked and perfected the recipe for 10 sessions. She recognized that the body is inherently a system of seamless networks of tissues rather than a collection of separate parts.

Once I complete the training, I will have the skills, knowledge, and experience to guide you and your families through the process of 10 Structural Integration sessions.

Basic Training of Structural Integration organized by EGSI (European Guild for Structural Integration) in Warsaw costs EUR 9,500.
