Description

Mihaela Popescu says that for six years she has been submitting a file on behalf of her daughter, Mădălina, to Sibiu City Hall in order to get an ANL housing, but until today the file has not been submitted. Always the same answer: no housing. She has asked both the mayor and the deputy mayor for hearings, but she says she has been refused. The situation is difficult. Mădălina is 26 and suffers from spastic tetraparesis. She currently lives with her parents in a 28 square metre flat on the fourth floor. As much as they could, now they can't cope and need help.
