My name is Kevin and I'm a dad like so many others, doing my best to provide a stable and loving home for my son.

But today I'm on the brink of the abyss: due to a sudden job loss, everything has collapsed. I now face a threat that is unimaginable for a parent: the risk of losing custody of my child for lack of resources.

💔 What I'm going through today

Since I lost my job, my income has plummeted.

Debts have piled up, bills are piling up, and my situation has become unstable in the eyes of the social services.

I have no access to credit, I'm banned from banking, and I have no safety net.

The hardest part of all this isn't the lack of comfort: it's the fear of seeing my son taken away from me, simply because I can no longer pay for decent accommodation, or offer a minimum of stability.
