Hi, my name is Adam. I’m 27 years old and currently facing one of the hardest chapters of my life. Due to a long-standing struggle with gambling addiction, I’ve lost all my savings, fallen into serious debt, and have several unpaid bills piling up.

It all started when I was around ages 12-14 when one of my older friend at the time introduced me to "esports betting". After a couple small wins while watching the games made me hooked. I couldn't stop, and as a kept winning I kept raising my bets while still not knowing that it was an addiction. I was young and I was careless. Quick jump to today's time and I am gambling away thousands. Last month was the last bit. I went over the top and gambled away my savings and went into debt. Also I can't pay my bills(as I mentioned above). I never would have imagined my life to go this way. I’m not proud of how things turned out, but I’m finally facing the truth and doing everything I can to change.

I’ve started reading, going to therapy, and cutting all ties with gambling, but recovery isn’t easy—especially with the financial weight constantly pulling me down. I created this GoFundMe to ask for support from anyone willing to help me get back on my feet. Every donation, no matter how small, helps me cover basic expenses like rent, food, and utilities, and gives me the breathing room I need to focus on healing.
