Description
Stella is an 8-year-old German Shepherd who was found abandoned on the street, with problems affecting her hind legs. The person who found her did everything they could to care for her as best as possible, but unfortunately cannot keep her at home. Stella has various problems with her spine and hind legs; she can relieve herself independently, but needs a harness or a wheelchair to move around, as she cannot stand on her own. We are currently following a muscle-strengthening programme to help her, but the costs for Stella are considerable – including medication, hospital stays, outings and muscle-strengthening sessions, etc. – and these are all borne by her current owner, who found her and has been looking after her. Whilst we wait to find a home for Stella, we would like to help her owner with the various expenses involved.
