Like the snail, a symbol of tenacity and mindfulness, we move in a determined direction that runs counter to the frenzy of modern life, rediscovering the pleasure of taking time, of connecting with the earth, and of seeking meaningful relationships.

Your support will enable us to organise cultural events and initiatives, promote the local area, forge links between communities and traditions, rediscover local specialities and support the local economy, promote environmental sustainability projects, and support research into and the sharing of more mindful ways of living.

The first event was ‘Festina Lente’ (Hurry Slowly), held in a small town in Abruzzo, the municipality of Vacri in the province of Chieti, where we addressed all the topics described above with considerable success (see social media links).
