Andrei was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, which progressed rapidly despite the treatments he received.
In recent days, he has undergone major surgery after the disease caused a severe intestinal obstruction. Doctors were forced to perform an ileostomy to save his vital functions.
The current diagnosis is grim: advanced peritoneal carcinomatosis.
Standard treatment options are almost exhausted.
But not hope.
There are innovative therapies and experimental treatments abroad that can halt the disease and give him time — time to live, time to be with his children, time to fight.
However, these treatments are extremely expensive and must be started quickly.
