Movèmbar Festival 2026

In Forlì, the social promotion association Movè brings men’s health into everyday life, based on the idea that men’s wellbeing (physical, mental and relational) has a positive impact on the whole community.

This year, the initiative evolves into the first Movèmbar Festival, with the guiding theme ‘Vir tu’ – an invitation to pause and listen, both to others and to oneself, reflecting on what defines masculinity and what is virtuous or harmful on the path to wellbeing.

The Festival will take place over three Sundays at the Avis premises in Forlì and at Sala Campostrino, featuring workshops, round-table discussions, games and talks open to individuals and families: 8 November – physical health (with the Istituto Oncologico Romagnolo and In Caso di), 15 November – mental health (with Domus Coop, Altrove and InfoPusher) and 22 November – relational health (with Collettivo Monnalisa, Mica Macho and Parola ai Padri).

This fundraising initiative brings together:

- the percentages donated by retailers taking part in the campaign (at least 10 per cent of the proceeds from selected products);

- contributions collected at numerous Forlifarma and Federfarma pharmacies, which are providing information materials and, in some cases, offering dedicated slots for prostate screening via PSA tests;

- funds raised by the network of barbers, the ‘ambassadors’ who encourage customers to grow a moustache in support of the cause;

- funds from spontaneous initiatives and direct donations from members of the public and supporters.

The funds raised will be donated in full to three organisations in Romagna that work every day to promote physical, mental and relational health, not only for men but for the whole community: the Romangolo Oncology Institute, Domus Coop and the Monnalisa Collective.
