My name is Andrew and im collecting funds for a home.

My grandma is the woman who raised me, loved me and took care of me. And she lost a lot because of my birth and her family. She had her own house bought by her and managed to escape a toxic abusive relationship with my grandpa. But my mother had me at a young age and my granny worked hard to keep herself and her 2 kids( who were not working )fed and with a roof over their heads. So when i came too in the picture my mom wanted to give me up for adoption since she coudnt bear the responsability but my grandma stopped her and took care of me in her stead. But the house expenses where getting out of hand and my mom convinced my grandma to sell and move in a smaller place. Which she did but it was in a bad neighborhood where they got asaulted in their own home. My mom convinced again my grandma to sell and this time move in with her ex husband my grandpa. His apartment was a 20 square meter mess with no power or water. So they used the leftover money to renovate. In that 20 square m home for 20 years 5 people lived. When i finished highschool i went to work and tried to save money for a downpayment on a house. I had about 3000 euros when an unusual string of events started to happen.

Apliances would start breaking people would need money and how i was the only one with a stable job i replaced everything. Then my uncle died and my granny who was devasted begged me to give 1000 euro to his family (wife&kid). Years of saving while paying for everything already gone in less than a year. Ive been working for 6-7 years now and i havent been able to build any savings anymore everytime something happens i have to step in. I couldve left a long time ago and live withouth the stress and bullshit from my mom and grandpa but i couldnt just leave my grandma to be exploited.

I just want peace and quiet to live my life with my grandma while we still can.
