I'm going to try my best with a fundraising campaign!

I love my grandma and grandad they are the only ones I have left from my fathers side of the family.

My dad (her son) died of cancer when he was 39 , it was a hard time , at my dad's funeral my grandad had a stroke and since then he has been in a wheelchair and needs help . The entire right side of his body is paralysed. For years I have also tried to do my best financially. However, I have three children myself and well, they also cost a bit;)

To put it in a nutshell, I can no longer manage on my own, of course they get help financially, but that's not the world either. I would just like to get some money together for both of them so that I can make their everyday lives easier with the remodelling of the bedroom. They have been married for 62 years and the health insurance company has of course provided a bed but only a single bed, but the two of them are inseparable and would like to sleep together in one bed again. They are a couple who still hold hands and kiss when they eat, and when they watch TV together he always holds her hand. My grandma has to struggle in the bathroom when she wants to shower him. And yes, someone comes to help, but only three times a week she wants to look after him as best she can on her own. That's why I'd like to get rid of the bath and put in a walk-in shower. I'm so proud of the way she looks after him, so I'm looking for help so that the two of them can live out their lives to the end and have it a little easier.
