Description
My name is Ancuța and I would like to ask for your help in buying a small house, or at least with paying the rent. I am a 35-year-old single mother with three children aged 15, 14 and 4 years old. I have been divorced for a year and have no parents, siblings or relatives who can help me. The children's father helps as much as he can by working as a day labourer.
We have been renting for nine years and since we moved in, the landlord has raised the rent three times. The first time it was 70 euros, then 130 euros, and last month it went up to 220 euros. He said he is putting it up for sale for 60,000 euros,which is a good price in our area, as houses are much more expensive. My salary covers our expenses and daily living costs, but I can barely cover the rent.
