18 years ago, I lost my baby in childbirth. After that I couldn't get pregnant for a long time, but finally I had the son I wanted. Unfortunately, we faced constant noise from the neighbours in our apartment building, which made me buy a plot of land and build my own house. However, the cost was higher than I had originally anticipated.

I tried to manage the situation, but financially I couldn't pull it off. In the end, I had to sell the house because I was unable to repay the loans. I am currently living in the house, but I am paying high rent.

I now have the option to buy the house back, which would provide us with stable housing and end the high rent costs. Unfortunately, I do not have enough funds to buy the entire property. I am therefore looking for help to enable me to pay part of the purchase price. I would finance the remainder through a mortgage, which I would already have access to and be able to repay.

However, if I am unable to buy the house back, we will have to move out and the property will probably be bought by someone else.
