Eighteen years ago, I lost my baby during childbirth. After that, I struggled to get pregnant for a long time, but eventually I gave birth to the son I’d always wanted. Unfortunately, we were constantly bothered by noise from our neighbours in our block of flats, which led me to buy a plot of land and build my own house. However, the costs were higher than I’d originally anticipated.

I tried to manage the situation, but I couldn’t make ends meet financially. In the end, I had to sell the house because I was unable to keep up with the loan repayments. I currently live in this house, but I pay high rent.

I now have the opportunity to buy the house back, which would provide us with stable housing and put an end to the high rent costs. Unfortunately, I do not have sufficient funds to purchase the entire property. I am therefore seeking assistance that would enable me to pay part of the purchase price. I would finance the remainder through a mortgage, which I would be eligible for and able to repay.

However, if I am unable to buy the house back, we will have to move out, and the property will likely be bought by someone else.
