Hi my name ajeng, I actually ashamed for ask help in this forum, but I have a high hope for my dream. I will tell a little bit story, in 2023 I really want a buy a land in my country for building a small villa for business. But me and my husband don’t have enough money to bought the land, after we discussed we decided to take a loan from the bank. ( without thinking further more ) and it’s been 1,5 years we pay our debt. But now I regret it because with the inflation going on we cannot saving money from our salaries. Because 50% from our salaries goes to debt.

we had a dream to live in Indonesia and having a business and start slow living in Lombok. But our decision it’s to hurry without thinking the consequences. In this platform I just wanted some help to make us go out from this situation by paying a little debt to make the duration more short.

another scenario, I have 1000sqm of land in Lombok, if some of you guys interested to invest and build a villa there ( Lombok ) near kuta lombok, I leasehold 200sqm for 30years with the price 35000€ including Notaris and it can be renewed after 30years. Or if you wanna take 500sqm it would be possible too. My nearby land is investor from german and French. They will build a villa there.
