Hello everyone!

We are starting a fundraiser to raise money to build the second floor of our house (me, my wife and our future child), located in the lovely city of Porto, Portugal. Currently, our house has 26 square meters, a cozy space, but it has become insufficient to meet our family's needs.

Why do we need your help?

With the arrival of new members to our family and the need for additional space to provide comfort and well-being for everyone, we have decided to expand our home. The construction of the second floor will allow:

More Space: We'll have an extra room for the baby and a larger living space.

Quality of Life: We will improve the quality of life for the whole family by offering a more comfortable and functional environment.

How will the money raised be used?

The funds raised will be used in full for:

Architectural and engineering projects: Hiring professionals to draw up the necessary projects.

Construction materials: Purchase of materials to ensure the durability and safety of the construction of the second floor and staircase.

Labor: Paying for a team of experienced builders to carry out the work.

Finishing touches: Carrying out interior and exterior finishes, such as painting, electrical and plumbing installation.
