We are a family of three; I am a single mother and have been working on my own for 11 years to support my children, as their father has never been able to care for them emotionally or financially. My children have experienced unpleasant situations with him, which were very painful for them, making them feel abandoned and violated. At that time, Argentina seemed like a place that could neither protect us nor allow us to move forward because, at the same time, it was difficult for me to support them on my own. Given the country’s economic situation, it was hard to make ends meet, and even though I was working two jobs, I couldn’t afford to keep the house or spend quality time with them. On top of that, I was in a relationship with someone who wasn’t honest with me, which gave us the push we needed to emigrate.

So, in October 2023, tired of going through painful situations, we left Argentina, the country where we were born, we gathered all our memories, and took what we could, and with nostalgia but accompanied by the love we feel for one another as a family and the love of our being Dearest, we packed our lives into suitcases and took the plane that brought us to Italy to realise our most beautiful dreams.

 And we arrived in Italy to start all over again,

With so many dreams and a desire to obtain Italian citizenship, we arrived in the town where my great-grandfather was born, with the money we had managed to scrape together, then we settled in Calabria, a beautiful city, where the people are incredibly friendly and loving, though it is also difficult to find a stable, well-paid job. I’ve worked at whatever came my way, and now find myself in a situation where I work as best I can, even though I cannot give them the stability I seek for them—which is why they are already recognised as Italians. We want to move to a bigger city where we can develop all the projects I have and thus grow and provide work for other people. As for rent, since I don’t have a salary, they’re asking me to pay a few months in advance, and that’s why I’m raising this fund. I’m a reflexologist, massage therapist and holistic therapist; moving to a bigger place will allow me to develop my full potential and achieve my goals. closer to the relaxation centre I’m about to set up, as well as other projects
