Hello, my name is Cátia and I'm creating a space dedicated to wellbeing, healing and hospitality, where I want to offer holistic and integrative therapies and massages to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

At the moment, renting a space is financially unfeasible, so my aim is to renovate and adapt an existing location, transforming it into a haven of tranquillity and healing. This space will be dedicated to:

- Therapeutic and relaxing massages

- Reiki, aromatherapy and other holistic practices

- Free or symbolic counselling for those who need it most

- A cosy, safe and inclusive environment for everyone

I deeply believe that caring for body, mind and spirit should be accessible to everyone, especially in challenging times. With your help, I will be able to create such a space with the necessary materials, furniture and equipment, as well as cover basic renovation costs.
