Every year, Musketeer VA faces a few essential expenses to keep everything running smoothly for all our members. These include our annual subscription to the VA management system vAMSYS (250 GBP, which is ~290 EUR) as well as costs for our domain and website incl. TELEX services (~110 EUR). To cover our expenses, we warmly invite all Musketeer VA members to contribute to our annual fundraising campaign.

If we collect more than needed, the surplus will be used to strengthen our community — for example by boosting our Discord server, supporting real-life events, producing promotional materials, or saving funds for future operational needs. In true Musketeer spirit: One for all, and all for one!

Transparency Note: All expenses are documented and made accessible to the community. Only verified and approved costs made for the benefit of Musketeer VA are reimbursed. Recurring services such as vAMSYS and hosting are pre-approved, while additional expenses require majority approval from staff. All other contributions — from creating liveries and organizing events to route management and PIREP approvals — remain voluntary efforts from our amazing members.
