**Support EkoBites: Help Me Make My Dreams Come True!**

Hello, my name is Johanie, and I am the very proud owner and baker of EkoBites.

My ultimate dream is to open a physical location where everyone can enjoy the most delicious pastries, freshly baked every day with 100% organic ingredients.

My specialty? Mostly gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and irresistibly tasty treats that are not only healthier option but also absolutely delicious 😋

I have never asked anyone for financial help before in my life and this is extremely new and totally sort of difficult for me to do, but absolutely necessarily for my company to grow to its fullest extent.

Unfortunately, life tested us in an unexpected way in June 2024. Days after the closure of my pop-up shop, my family - including my children - and I were involved in a serious car accident. The accident, caused by another driver who became unwell, left me unable to work for months.

This had a huge impact on my revenue, especially since I had just received approval for a new premises right before the accident. Despite my excitement for the new location, I had to reluctantly put my work on hold due to the physical consequences of the crash.

In January 2025, I will receive the keys to this new space (based in the Netherlands), which offers huge potential to make my dream of a permanent EkoBites store a reality. But I desperately need your help to do so!

To finance the renovation and interior design of the location, as well as to hire an employee who can support me until I am fully recovered, I need €70,000.

How the funds will be used:

- Renovation of the premises (it will be delivered as a shell)

- ReBranding

- Marketing

- Hiring an employee

- Rebuild the webshop by professionals

- Inventory

EkoBites has already proven to have a lot of potential and is a valued supplier for renowned hospitality venues in the Netherlands, including several hotels including Marriott Hotels.

I am super confident that with your support, I can grow and continue my mission: to treat people to delicious, healthy pastries that nourish both the body and the soul.

Food is a love language and especially the sweets are used to celebrate any occasion, that’s why I find it extremely important that we do so as healthy as possible so desserts don’t have to be labeled as bad!
