I’m only 13 years old, but I’ve been battling the effects of HPV and serious health problems since I was three.

Whilst other children were able to enjoy a carefree childhood, my life consisted of hospitals, pain, fear and countless operations.

To date, I have had to endure 45 operations. Every single one was incredibly difficult for me and my family, both physically and emotionally. Nevertheless, I try to keep fighting every day and not lose hope.

Now there may be a new treatment available in Portugal that could finally give me hope for a better life. Perhaps this is my chance to experience less pain and finally be allowed to simply be a child again.

Unfortunately, the costs of the treatment, travel and medical care are very high and we can no longer manage them on our own. That is why we are asking you from the bottom of our hearts for help.
