Description
The Men's Help Centre is a place surrounded by nature for men looking for inner strength, clarity and change. It offers camps, one-to-one mentoring programmes and workshops to help develop discipline, self-confidence and connection with other men. Activities take place in your own 7-hectare forest with five houses - a space where you can get away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and re-energise. The mission of the centre is to support men on their path of growth through communion, nature and mindful activities.
