My name is Pavlína and I am Maruška’s mum.
Maruška died whilst in hospital following a lumbar puncture.
Yes, she was seriously ill, but she wasn’t supposed to die on the day of the procedure.
The medical reports and the hospital’s responses differ, which is why I have set up a fund to hire a lawyer specialising in medical law for disputes against hospitals.
An hour with such a lawyer costs 3,000. I am also trying to ensure that this situation does not happen to other mums and parents
