Fundraising for the STAVARIS 2xLP vinyl record ‘Best Songs – Steal This Album’

Who we’re raising funds for:

Avant-pop artist and talented DJ Marius STAVARIS, who has been performing, creating and partying for many years, aims to revive his best songs in a new, solid format that will get you off the sofa – a double vinyl record.

Dear friends, we are raising funds to release the double vinyl album “Best Songs – Grab This Album”. This project is a musical journey spanning a long creative period and featuring the most important works from all four of Marius’s projects: “Verslo Rizikos Rezervas”, “Darbo Džiaugsmai”, “Tytia Mina Teramina” and his solo project “Stavaris”. These projects are loved and respected by all sorts of crazy entrepreneurs, students, homeless punks and, of course, schoolgirls and schoolboys.

Current situation:

Although many of STAVARIS’s songs have already reached listeners’ hearts in digital format, we want to offer something special – an authentic and collectible double vinyl that reflects the quality and original sound of MARIUS’s music. However, releasing vinyl is an expensive PLEASURE, requiring investment in production, publishing and distribution, so without your help, this project may remain just a dream.

We would also like to inform you that applications for funding have been submitted to both the Culture Council and LATGA.

Why this matters:

Vinyl is not just a musical format, but a work of art, offering the listener the chance to enjoy music in a high-quality, authentic and colourful way. This is important to us because STAVARIS wants to share his work with people in a new, special and hipster way – via vinyl. He believes that fans and music lovers will appreciate this unique release and help keep vinyl culture alive. After all, who else but Marius Stavaris...?

How the funds will be used:

The funds raised will go towards the production of the double LP STAVARIS "Best Songs – Steal This Album", including pressing, artwork, packaging, distribution and launch concerts in Lithuania’s major cities, towns and villages. We also intend to ensure high-quality recording and oversee the entire process, from sound engineering to the final product in your hands. So, by supporting us, you won’t be disappointed – the whole of Lithuania will benefit.

As a thank you to everyone who contributes at least 23 euros to this project, the vinyl will be sent out as soon as it’s pressed. Note: it will cost more in the shop, unless you steal it, which would be the most logical thing to do...

Your support will help us bring this idea to life and create this collector’s item, which you can enjoy and share; and if you don’t like it, you can sell it later for ten times the price.
