Hello,

I would prefer not to have to write these words, but I want to leave no stone unturned.

I am a young adult, who experiences daily abuse, threats and violence, both physical and psychological, from a mother who, to show affection, puts out her cigarette on my leg.

I grew up, locked up in a family home, only to be thrown out into the world as soon as I came of age: as a child I experienced, everything that children should never know, but I imagined what my future could have been like, and I have always maintained the hope that I could get away from it all and be happy.

I am working morning and night so that I can have the tools to go far away, have a place to call home, and resume my studies.

But that is not enough.

Willpower and commitment are not enough: if it is true that 'money does not make happiness', in part, it helps to build it.

I open a fundraiser for this, and continue to hope.
