My name is Stefano Profili. I’m a bartender, I’m 39 years old, and I’m facing a difficult decision:

my grandmother’s house, which for years has been the heart of our family, is now in a critical state. I do not have the financial means to renovate it and, if I cannot find a solution, I will be forced to sell it. The problem is that the proceeds from the sale, in its current condition, would not even be enough to buy another house.

My family does not have the financial means to cover the renovation costs. That is why I am turning to you. My dream is to breathe new life into that house, not only to finally have a place of my own, but above all to keep alive the memory of my grandparents and the spirit of a place full of memories.

By renovating this house, I would have two options:

1. To sell it at a fair price, which would allow me to buy a new home.

2. Or, and this is my greatest hope, to live there myself, preserving my family’s history and giving a future to a past that deserves to live on.
