My name is Stefano Profili I am a 39-year-old bartender and I am facing a difficult choice:

my grandmother's house, which was the heart of our family for years, is now in a critical condition. I don't have the financial means to renovate it and, if I can't find a solution, I will be forced to sell it. The problem is that the proceeds from the sale, in this condition, would not even be enough to buy another house.

My family does not have the financial means to pay for the renovation. That is why I am turning to you. My dream is to be able to revive that house, not only to finally have a place of my own, but above all to keep alive the memory of my grandparents and the soul of a place full of memories.

By renovating this house, I would have two possibilities:

1. Sell it at a fair price, which would allow me to buy a new house.

2. Or, and this is my greatest hope, to be able to live there myself, preserving my family history and giving a future to a past that deserves to live on.
