I am currently developing an ambitious and innovative hotel renovation project, funded by equity capital, on an exceptional 70-hectare site. This project aims to offer a unique and memorable getaway on the shores of the splendid Lake Maziarnia, located in Wilcza Wola, in south-eastern Poland. This enchanting site, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, is just a 50-minute drive from Rzeszów Airport, 2½ hours from Kraków and 3½ hours from Warsaw. It is an ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries and revitalise your spirit in a remarkable setting. My main aim is to make this space accessible to people with disabilities, by creating a magical environment specifically designed for them and for children with reduced mobility. They will be able to enjoy delicious, refined cuisine whilst staying in comfortable and welcoming hotel rooms, adapted to their specific needs. Our spacious dormitories are perfect for groups, families and schools seeking exciting and enriching adventures, bringing them closer to nature and offering them unforgettable memories.As part of the “Szwajcarski Zakątek”project, in close partnership with the municipality of Dzikowiec as well as our future sponsors, investors, shareholders and donors, we place particular emphasis on sustainability and our deep commitment to the environment. We plan to use eco-friendly and sustainable materials in the construction of all our facilities, and to integrate sustainable practices into our day-to-day operations in order to minimise our environmental footprint. This thoughtful and conscious approach is essential to achieving our goals whilst respecting our natural environment.We will install renewable energy systems, including solar panels, to reduce our carbon footprint and promote an environmentally responsible lifestyle. Furthermore, we will offer a variety of sporting and cultural activities, as well as culinary experiences, such as walks and awareness sessions, to inspire our guests to adopt nature-friendly behaviours throughout their stay.
