Hi, I’d love to introduce myself. My name is Veronika. On 7 March 2025, I’ll be turning 30. Well, unfortunately, by some unfortunate coincidence, I lost my phone on my way to the shop. On the way there, one of our ‘lovely’ locals mugged me and actually stole my entire handbag – which contained my wallet, my flat keys and, in fact, my phone too, so basically everything. So you go out somewhere, what do you always take with you from home? So I’d be really grateful if it were possible; I’d be so happy if it worked out and I could get a new phone. I’m a single mum with two children and, unfortunately, I can’t afford a new phone
