Hey hey, Moss here with my fiancée, Sara.

For the past six months we've been renting out an apartment from my partner's parents, who themselves live in Germany. Two days ago they showed up completely unannounced to stay a few nights, in the process kicking us out of the place. We gathered some things and left, but we didn't bring any clothes, hygiene products, etc. We basically only took our meds, some items of first importance, and our phones. We wanted to pick up the rest of our belongings yesterday, but as it turns out they changed the locks.

We're currently crashing on our friends' couch, but this is a short-term solution. We can't stay here for long. We both have jobs - although very low paying - and we don't have any savings. We need money to rent an apartment, otherwise we'd have to choose between having a roof over our heads or buying other necessities like food.
