We are looking for supporters for a villa in Spain.

The donations required are for a villa in Spain, specifically for a pool lift that is urgently needed for children and adults with disabilities.

The villa in question belongs to a lovely lady in Benissa who emigrated to Spain some time ago and started a project by converting a large part of the villa to offer families with disabled children a place where they can enjoy a wonderful holiday at a very low price.

She is not running this as a profit-making venture and has no intention of doing so in the future. She simply wants to enable families to go on holiday and give them a wonderful experience.

Therefore, she only charges running costs for the use of the villa, which includes a pool and children’s playground, as well as a barbecue, bar and much more.

The villa offers plenty of space and is constantly being improved. For children at risk of self-harm, the villa provides therapeutic care beds, secure cupboards, swings in the rooms and changing tables for older children.

The only thing missing is the aforementioned lift, which is virtually impossible to come by in Spain. Second-hand ones are sometimes so faulty that repair isn’t even worth the effort or is overpriced, and a new one is the safest option.

We are therefore looking for supporters to help purchase a pool lift and send it to Spain.
