My name is Cretu Mihaita Alexandru, and I am asking for help to resolve a long-standing financial situation that has been affecting my life for many years.

In 2004, I was the administrator of a small company. At that time, due to lack of experience and mistakes made in handling administrative obligations, the required annual financial statements were not submitted, even though the company had no activity. This resulted in administrative penalties, which accumulated over time.

Eventually, the company was closed by the tax authorities, and the outstanding fiscal debt was transferred to me personally, as the former administrator. I did not fully understand the long-term consequences at that time, and for many years I have tried to cope with the situation as best as I could.

Recently, the tax authority placed a seizure on my personal bank accounts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my finances normally, recover economically, or move forward with my life unless this tax debt is fully settled.

The total amount I need to raise is approximately €12,000, which would allow me to clear the administrative debt in full and finally have a fresh start after many years of stress and limitations.

I am not asking for luxury or comfort — only for a chance to resolve an old mistake and regain financial stability. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean more to me than I can express.
