To our friends, family, and kind strangers,

For the past 18 months, our lives have revolved around one mission: caring for Jarmila as she battles aggressive small cell lung cancer. She has faced chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation to her brain with unwavering strength. But now, after a sudden seizure and heartbreaking scan results, her medical team has shared that she’s entering her final weeks.

Romana, her devoted daughter, has been by her side every step of the way—managing medications, appointments, and sleepless nights. Our greatest wish is to keep Jarmila at home, surrounded by love and dignity, as she transitions into hospice care. However, the costs of medical equipment, round-the-clock support, and supplies are starting to become overwhelming.

Any heartfelt messages of support are highly cherished by both of us.

• Patient lift equipment
• Hospice care co-pays for in-home nursing and pain management
• Medical supplies (wound care, toiletries, medications)

Jarmila has worked hard all her life, always seeking to give back to others. Her loving passion for animals, especially dogs in need, was truly remarkable—she would have taken in every dog if she could.
