I am a young guy, who needs help to help his mother....

My mother lives in a little flat that belongs to the whole family, so it's not hers, it's just a usufruct, she's looking after her brother who is applying for permanent disability. The neighbours make life impossible for them.... The upstairs neighbours, as they are children, do everything for the afternoon.... And the neighbours next door, they live at night and make war all night long.... The police have told us that nothing can be done and that the only option is for my mother and uncle to move out. We don't even have enough money to put a down payment on a house. I don't even have a job, so to speak.... I have a Randstad type job and they call me 5-6 times a month and there are months when they don't even call me, luckily I survive in a shared flat when I can afford it and when I can't with my mother and uncle, with an orphan's pension, as my father died about 6 years ago.
