Learning should help and not ruin!

I am contacting you today because I am in a difficult and stressful situation. A few years ago, I started a side business to help people with their further education. I have written learning books for the various IHK training courses and have been able to help many candidates to pass their training successfully. I also set up a website where I could find all the important information about continuing education and learning.

By setting up my small business, I not only wanted to offer people support in their professional development, but also to supplement my income so that I could provide a good life for my family. The books I have written have consistently received very good reviews and many examinees have thanked me for the support.

Before I started this project, I specifically sought confirmation and permission from the DIHK, which provides the basis for the exams. Nevertheless, a few years later, the DIHK filed a lawsuit for alleged copyright infringement - a lawsuit that I consider disproportionate and unfair. Unfortunately, the court ruled in favour of the DIHK, and now there is a claim of €30,000 against me that I cannot settle.

We don't know what to do. If we paid monthly instalments, the debt would be with us for many years and would severely restrict our lives. This lawsuit doesn't feel fair to us, and it seems that the DIHK is deliberately trying to force small providers like me out of the competition.

That's why I'm asking for your help today. Every donation - regardless of the amount - means a step towards a future without these overwhelming debts for me and my family. We are infinitely grateful to everyone who supports us in these difficult times.
