We are Diego & Lalu, a young couple from Argentina and the UK!

We met in New Zealand and have been on a constant journey ever since.

We have been living in Portugal for the past 3 years and have had the wonderful opportunity of landsitting at a few beautiful properties, always leaving the land cleaner and richer than we found it in order to give back.

We love the area we live in and wanted to spend enough time here to be able to decide if this was our forever place and we now feel confident to say - we want to be here longterm :)

We have fallen in love with the stunning countryside and the wonderful community of likeminded souls who surround us.

Making money hasn't been easy for us here. Forging a new world here is not simple and many of us have been fighting hard in order to be able to stay in this beautiful place we wish to call home. We started a business which has been growing steadily so we are very grateful for this opportunity but we haven't been able to make enough to repay those who made this possible for us. We couldn't have done this without the help of the amazing friends we have made along the way and so we as you dear people, to help us repay what we owe the people we care about 🙏🏻

We would also love to buy our own piece of land at this point to be able to really put our roots into the ground and start a life for ourselves here, growing our own vegetables, starting a food forest and giving back to the land...but our own this time! That's our dream 😊

Since Covid happened Diego and I also haven't been able to afford going to Argentina to visit his family and it has been 6 years now...you can imagine this has been very hard for him.

He misses his family like crazy and due to the unstable economic situation in Argentina, none of them have been able to visit us either!

So with your help, we can help those around us, see family, build a life and bring family to visit our little slice of paradise 🙏🏻
