Last night, a terrible fire hit the Calabrian countryside, reducing to ashes a centuries-old olive grove that represented the fruit of decades of work and passion. This olive grove was not just a source of income, but a symbol of tradition and culture, a deep bond with the land and the family roots of our beloved farmers.

The fire, fuelled by the wind, quickly reached the farmer's cottage, destroying his house and the stable where his cows lived. Unfortunately, some of these precious creatures were unable to survive, while others were traumatised and in a critical condition. The loss of these cows represents not only an economic loss, but also a blow to the heart for a man who dedicated his life to caring for them.

The farmer, a man of great strength and determination, is now in a desperate situation. He has lost everything he had built with so much commitment and sacrifice. His life was turned upside down in an instant, and he now feels overwhelmed by sadness and uncertainty. He does not have the economic strength to recover and rebuild what he has lost.

For this reason, we are launching a fundraiser to support him in replanting new olive trees and making his house habitable again. Every contribution, even the smallest, can make a difference and help him rebuild not only his farm, but also his hope and dignity.
