I am contacting you as the director of a young company called FarmaLink Team, but a promising company in the pharmaceutical trade industry. The FarmaLink Team is currently exploring acquisition opportunities due to limited access to further capital. Although our operations are successful and completely free of debt or liabilities, our business, which is less than a year old, does not qualify for traditional forms of financing. Not a single institution from the HR side helps the wholesale of pharmaceutical products with measures or even lending, considering that it directly generates income. We currently have a signed contract on the distribution and service of storing and receiving our products through the leading wholesaler PHOENIX Farmacija d.o.o.. We have also signed 3 contracts on the exclusive distribution of brands with innovative formulations that are not present on the Croatian market with the aim of better and more affordable health care. The FarmaLink Team has the idea of ​​employing young Croatian experts who would stay to build the future in a better Croatia. Sales activities are minimized as I am currently working independently as I do not have the finances to hire. When the employment ad was published, more than 100 highly qualified workers responded. The team is currently mostly part of the family and it is more or less waiting for more serious activities because it also expects adequate payment for what it would do.
