After 13 years of marriage to a drug addict, I’ve finally managed to go through with the divorce. To date, I haven’t received any child support for our two children (the arrears already amount to €14,560). I really do my best for the two girls (aged 6 and 10), but I’m simply at my wits’ end. It gradually came to light that he had also run up debts in my name, and there’s nothing I can do about it as we were still living together at the time. I’ve already had to file for bankruptcy, and the legal fees for the maintenance and everything else have already run to several thousand euros. I would be very grateful for any support to help make the girls’ rooms nice and to support them in their favourite sport. Unfortunately, my salary doesn’t allow me to do everything.
