Hello, my name is Francesco, I am 51 years old, I suffer from diabetes, neuropathy in my lower limbs and I have a serious problem of maculopathy in both eyes, but especially the left one and I risk blindness, furthermore, despite my young age due to a hereditary disease I have lost all my teeth.

A few months ago I lost my job (costume and set designer).

At the beginning of this year Parkinson's took my mother (who in the meantime had also become blind due to maculopathy)

I applied to the INPS for disability but they only recognised me as 50%, so I'm not affected by anything.

I find myself in this grotesque and absurd situation that I never thought I would experience in my life, I don't have a cent I have to treat my maculopathy, I don't want to lose my sight, however I want to maintain it for as long as possible)

I would like to visit a professional, who would then definitely introduce me to the hospital, so from the second stage onwards it wouldn't cost me too much but the initial private visits would

I would like to get a decent dental implant because not having teeth at 51 is really degrading .

I'm not managing to pay my house rent, I'm not managing to support myself, obviously I'm not finding work.

I need support to start taking better care of my body and consequently improve my life.

I don't know how well this system will work but I'm trying!
